“MANAGER OF A NATIONALIZED BANK: '99% of the 500 rupee note and 1000 rupee 
note issued by RBI has come back to RBI after demonetization. It indicates 
two things. Firstly, the black money has been whitened up very efficiently. 
For example, say, a businessman having 50 employees under his company 
distributed the black money in the form of Advance Annual Salary to each 
of the 50 employees to whiten it up. Secondly, the whitened form of the 
black money has been directly infused into the Indian economy by 
depositing it in the banks, though, many of those money has been withdrawn, 
but still, a majority of businessmen came under 
the radar of Indian Taxation System.' 

OFFICER OF A NATIONALIZED BANK: 'Now, the time is ripe for the Indian 
Government to do recovery of Non Performing Assets by motivating the 
PSU Banks with some aggressive steps. As you said in a branch meeting last week 
that all the bad loans of every bank customer must be recorded in CIBIL. 
Side by side, without a PAN Card and a CIBIL report, not a single Bank in India 
should give loans to any customer. If the defaulter is a salaried person of any 
organization, then Indian Government must give the permission to that 
organization to block the monthly salary of that person unless and until that 
person repays the desired amount to remove the loan account from 
IRAC-7 to IRAC-0. For example, say, a primary school teacher has taken a loan 
which is now a NPA, then the Headmaster of that school has full right to write a 
letter to the higher authority to block the monthly salary of that primary school 
teacher till he repays the money. Aggressive Recovery of bad loans and effective 
taxation system is the need of the hour in India.'”- Arindam Sain

we are going to provide TRANCARD (TRANSPORT CARD)  to 
all the people of our Kingdom at a one time registration fee 
of Rs. 100/- only. The TRANCARD will be linked with the 
Bank Account of the person via AADHAAR linkage system. 
The person can travel in any transport system and pay 
the fare by swiping the TRANCARD in the TRANCARD MACHINES  
installed in all the transport system of our Kingdom.' 

KING: 'Excellent ! But, focus more on the infrastructure, 
so that the TRANCARD becomes very popular in our Kingdom.' 

HERMIT: 'Provide the CASHBACK options frequently to motivate

There is a huge financial loss for the people of these areas. 
So, are you having any plans to help these people during the

PRESIDENT OF A PUJA COMMITTEE OF A LOCAL CLUB: 'We have decided 
not to collect any money from these flood affected people for the 
Durga Puja festival. Rather, we have requested the local MLA, 
other reputed politicians and big businessmen of these areas to 
contribute for the Durga Puja festival. We will utilize 70% of the 
total collected funds to help the flood affected people of these areas. 
The Durga Puja will be just a simple one this year without any expenses 
on theme pandals, because unless we help those flood affected people

“A CUSTOMER OF A NATIONALIZED BANK: 'Again, the employees of PSU Banks 
went for a strike on 22nd August 2017, but, this time, against the Indian 
Government's decision to merge several PSU Banks. Basically, one should 
welcome such a move, because, after mergers of several 
banks, the Indian PSU Banks will become stronger 
in terms of market capitalization.' 
AN EMPLOYEE OF A NATIONALIZED BANK: 'Non Performing Assets (NPA) will 
also increase, so is the percentage of provisions. Some customers may 
switch to private banks as some PSU Banks will lose their brand values 
and brand identity altogether. The moment, the 
corporate culture steps into the PSU Banks after mergers and acquisitions, 
the strategies of financial inclusion will be badly hit as all PSU Banks 
will run after net profits only at any cost.'”- Arindam Sain

“KING: 'The year of 2017 is becoming a year of floods. Starting from Gujarat to Assam, 
due to heavy rainfall, several areas got flooded with river waters. Even in South India, 
we have witnessed flood like situation.' HERMIT:'When the meteorological 
department gave a prediction of a good monsoon season this year, then why the 
administrative bodies of some areas failed to take some measures to ensure that 
the drainage system will be effective enough to pass out the flooded waters into 
the sea as quickly as possible. Time has come to construct some more dams to 
utilize the monsoon rainfall for hydro power generation and to create smart 
drainage systems for all smart cities.'"- Arindam Sain

"PROJECT ANALYST:'Whenever a personal loan account is opened in any bank, 
the customer is surely having a savings account in that bank. Loan account must 
be opened by taking the customer Id of his savings account. When the customer Id 
is same, then in the CBS software we will put a link textbox with a radio button 
to link the loan account with his savings account to deduct the monthly installments 
automatically every month till the loan account gets closed.' 
IT OFFICER OF A BANK:'Nice idea. That will help the bank to do some automatic 
recovery of loan amounts. But, Indian Government must issue a Circular that to get 
any loan from any Bank, one must have PAN Card and AADHAR CARD.'"- Arindam Sain
