COMMENTS NO: YEAR/2018/1215

“CUSTOMER: '24 hours ago, my mobile got switched off 
as there was no battery backup. I have charged the phone 
several times since then, but, alas, whenever, I am restarting 
my mobile handset, it is showing a light yellowish colour screen 
only. I am not getting any access to any apps in this mobile 
handset. Since August 2015, when I bought it, this Lava Win X1 
never showed any trouble. Kindly 
repair the mobile handset, if you can ?'

CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL: 'Sir, you deserve an 
award to use this smartphone for 3 years. You are still using 
3G slots, Micro SIM and there is no OTG device access  
functionality in this mobile handset. First of all, your  battery may 
damage at anytime, as it is shutting down repeatedly after 1 or 
2 hours despite getting fully recharged frequently. Secondly, there 
is some kind of damage in your display screen, that is, either a 
'Kernel' problem or 'Circuit' problem. To get a new display screen, 
to repair the circuits and to get a new battery; the 
expenses that you will incur, in that money, 
you can buy a good, modern mobile handset.' 


CUSTOMER: 'So, in a low budget, which smartphone 
is the best in the market ? Kindly suggest. '

'CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL: 'Well, the 'Redmi 5A' is the best one, 
though, the  'Infinix Smart 2' is turning out to be its best competitor 
as of now. But, 'Yu Ace' is expected to get launched in the market 
during the 1st weekend of September 2018 to reduce the sale of 
'Redmi 5A'. Hence, 'Redmi 6' will come in the market before the 
October 2018. You can buy anyone of these smartphones.'”- Arindam Sain
