Government is giving us rice at Rs.2 per Kg and we are selling that low quality rice at Rs.10 per Kg to our local ration shop. The ration dealer of our local ration shop is selling that same low quality rice to the lower middle class people at Rs.20 per Kg after mixing some better quality rice with it.'
