"HERMIT: 'The project of SWACCH BHARAT is such a nice initiative. But, despite so much efforts and good initiatives from the Bharat Government, as the Bharat Kingdom is still unclean and unhygienic, people of Bharat Kingdom have started laughing and criticizing Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi cannot alone transform the Bharat Kingdom into a SWACCH BHARAT unless the people of Bharat Kingdom support Narendra Modi fully in this mission. 8 out of 10 Bharatiyas love to remain untidy and love to see garbage outside their house. 7 out of 10 Bharatiyas love to open the chain of their pants to take out their dick to urinate in public places instead of urinating inside Sulabh Complex nearby. 6 out of 10 Bharatiyas love to spit in public places, bathrooms and even in railway platforms as if spitting is the national activity of Bharat Kingdom. Thank God, in Indian Constitution, there is no Fundamental Right such as ‘Right to Spit Anywhere’. 5 out of 10 Bharatiyas love to drink in public places and like to pass sexual comments to Bharatiya women who are walking on the streets. These are the reasons why the people of Western nations regard Bharatiyas as Unclean, Unhygienic and Uncultured Tribes and treat them as Slaves.’ KING: ’Narendra Modi must recruit Pollution Inspectors and Pollution Controllers. Every morning, the Pollution Controllers will patrol their assigned areas and will fine the owners of those houses where there are garbage lying in front of the house even after 10 AM. The imposed fine will be Rs.100 and if the Pollutant Culprit refuses to pay the fine, then he/she may get arrested on a bail out fine of Rs. 1000. Every morning, the Pollution Inspectors will patrol their assigned areas and will show-cause/fine/deduct 5 days salary of the officials of respective Municipal Corporation and Rural Panchayat if garbage of the streets and houses are not collected within 10 AM on that day. In Western nations, due to these efficient Pollution Controllers and Pollution Inspectors; the Western nations are so clean and hygienic. Instead of increasing the service tax in the name of SWACCH BHARAT, the Modi Government could have implemented imposing fines directly on these Pollutant Culprits.’”-Arindam Sain
