patient to be recorded on a real time basis including medical billings, 
issuance of birth or death certificate of any patient.' 
Mr. Y: 'Not only that, even the medical fees or expenses of any particular 
medical operations should be uniform and same in all hospitals and 
nursing homes connected with CMS. After SWACCH BHARAT, 
Indian Government must take an initiative to create
