"MUMBAI BASED BANKS:'The Banking Business of Western India has become more or less saturated and the presence of all foreign banks and private banks has increased the cut-throat competition.' SOUTH INDIAN BASED BANKS:'Few years back, KERALA was like a Gold Mine for Banking Industry, but, now, it has become saturated too. We have to now focus on North India.' KOLKATA BASED BANKS:'Few years back, when Pranab Mukherjee told that Eastern India is the developing zone which is ideal for profitable mass banking, no one bothered about it.
