summer season?' ROYAL DOCTOR:'In the morning, drink a glass of ORS
water or Sattu Sharbath and then take a nice bath in cold water. Try
to spend at least half an hour in a swimming pool or pond. Avoid
spicy foods in lunch and dinner. After lunch, drink coconut water. In
the late afternoon, eat water-melon or cucumber. In the evening,
drink the water of puffed rice (Muri Jal). After having dinner, drink
lassi or sour curd. Before going to bed, have a nice bath in cold
water and sleep on the mosaic floor with a wet cloth on your bare
