will it get sufficient funds from the Finance Ministry for it?'
HERMIT:'In the Financial Budget of 2012-13, if Pranab Mukherjee can
implement Direct Tax Code, reduce fuel & fertilizer subsidies by
at least 0.5%, increase the taxes on liquors, tobaccos by at least
5%, raise Corporate Taxes by at least 1.5%, then the recovered money
in the treasury will be more than enough to give more funds for
modernization of Indian Railways and other social schemes related to
Inclusive socio-economic development of India.'"-Arindam Sain
