ha...Few years back, the then Railway Minister of India said that
their Indian Railways will compete with Chinese Railways by
introducing bullet trains in India. Forget about Bullet Trains, a few
years down the line, the Indian Railways will not have enough funds
to pay their Railways staffs also...ha ha ha...What a democracy in
India! ' USA:'Really! India has so many political parties that the
politics of alliance is somehow defaming their own institution of
democracy. China is improving rapidly, because it follows the
autocratic administration, where not a single regional political
party has any chance to create ruckus at the top administrative
