"JOBSEEKER:'Recently,
Union Bank of India has declared the PO interview results of the
Recruitment process for 2011-12. I have got 22 out of 100. In my
entire career, I have never got such low marks in any personal
interview. Oho! What a poor performance from my side! Feeling
completely demoralized now.' CONSULTANT:'Just hang on, boy! Look, we
have whitened our hairs in this consultancy business. You
told the interviewers of Union Bank of India that you have resigned
from Canara Bank, because you were not feeling satisfied in Canara
Bank and also you are aspiring to get a job of a PO in a PSU Bank,
which has a better HR policy than Canara Bank. So, I will not
disclose to you about what happened at the back-end to further
demoralize you, but you have been made a scapegoat. Don't question at
your own performance. Oh! God! IBPS could have conducted the Personal
Interview of all these candidates and provided them a Rank. Whenever
there would have been requirements from any banks, IBPS would have
given the placements of the candidates to those banks as per the
Ranks in descending order. Anyway, boy, keep on trying for a better
job. Remember, one thing; fortune always favours the brave ones and
it is always better luck next time.'"-Arindam
