auto rickshaw driver refuses to go, just dial at the hotlines of
Kolkata Police by stating the serial number of that taxi or auto
rickshaw. We will cancel the license of that taxi or auto rickshaw if
more than 5 complaints get lodged in our Centralized Complaints
