"BENGALI CUSTOMER:'Everybody in our family started liking your laddoos. What's the special ingredient of the laddoos of your sweets shop?' BIHARI SWEETS SHOP OWNER:'Babumashai, please don't mind. In Bengal, in almost all the Bengali sweet shops, the sweets makers use dalda to prepare laddoos. We, the Bihari sweets makers always use pure ghee to prepare laddoos. The original ghee ka laddoo is obviously far better in taste than the dalda (fake ghee) wala laddoos.'"-Arindam Sain
