"RBI:'Everyone
is complaining about IBPS. What's going on! As per the High Court
Rules, in any Personal Interview of Govt. or public sector jobs in
India, you cannot fail a candidate. You have to give at least the
pass mark. We are getting complaints that Union Bank of India has
intentionally given less marks in PI to those candidates who got high
marks in IBPS PO Written Exam and high marks in PI to
those candidates who got lesser marks in IBPS PO Written Exam.
IBPS:'Yeah! We asked Union Bank of India regarding this matter. They
are of the opinion that Union Bank of India is not liable for this.
M.V. Nair of Indian Banking Association has all the answers.'
RBI:'Come on! You people could have taken the interviews of all those
candidates who passed the Written Exam to provide them a Rank Card.
Based on the Ranks, you could have automatically placed the
candidates in respective PSU Banks. That could have reduced the
redundancy factor also. We introduced Centralized Recruitment System
for PSU Banks to get good quality people for our PSU Banks, but, the
opposite thing is happening. We may again decentralize the
recruitment system of PSU Banks in 2013.' IBPS:'Give us one more
chance to prove that we will recruit good quality people in all the
PSU Banks. If we fail, then you can take that decision.' RBI:'Ok!
Best of Luck to IBPS!'"-Arindam Sain
