"HERMIT:'So many people died in the
floods of Uttarakhand. It is surely a bad year for the Indian
pilgrims.' KING:'Somehow, in India, we are not having a proper
infrastructure for DISASTER MANAGEMENT. Even in other nations, these
types of natural calamities take place, but, in their nation, due to
efficient DISASTER MANAGEMENT infrastructure, the numbers of deaths
are far lesser than that of our nation. Anyway, at present, Indian
Government has to focus more on rescue operations and providing
relief to the survivors.'"-Arindam Sain
