"HR MANAGER OF A PSU BANK:'Unless and until, the entry level salaries of the PSU Bank employees are hiked by at least 15% in gross, it will be very difficult for the PSU Banks to retain the young talented employees.' HR MANAGER OF AN IT MNC:'Let me tell you one thing that the demand for getting a job in a PSU Bank is increasing day by day, because, in the Modern Banking Sector, around 80% of the jobs are now IT related. That's why; even the top ranked B-Tech Students are also joining the PSU Banks. But, yes, the salary structure of PSU Banks is poorer than the salary structure of High Schools also.
