"KING:'In the PUBLIC SECTOR
UNDERTAKING (PSU) Banks of India, there are around 10 Lakhs
Employees. There are around 3 family members of each employee of PSU
Banks in India. Therefore, if there is no immediate wage revision of
the Bank Employees of PSU Banks, then the Congress Party may not get
votes from 30 Lakhs Voters in the Lok Sabha Election of 2014.
Already, BJP has promised to provide wage revisions to Bank Employees
once they come to power.' HERMIT:'In my opinion, PSU Bank Employees
are doing the right thing to call 2-Days Bank Strike on 10th February
2014 and 11th February 2014. At least, 30% raise is required in the
salaries of PSU Bank Employees, otherwise, PSU Banks may suffer from
low manpower and hence the Banking Services of India will be too poor
to provide inclusive growth to the Indian Economy.'"-Arindam
