employee goes out of the station from his place of posting and stays
in our Training Center, then only he can claim Halting and Pocket
Expenses for that Training period. In other cases, we provide the
conveyances only.' HR Manager of a PSU Bank:'In PSU Banks, even the
employees who are in Non-Residential Training at his place of posting
also demand Halting and Pocket Expenses which also get sanctioned
sometimes. That's a revenue leakage.' HR Manager of an IT MNC:'We
keep record of that employee who claims fake allowances. We don't
send him for any training further and hence his promotion process
