"Mr.X:'In other states, the per
capita income of the common people are increasing, whereas in Bengal,
the per capita income of the common people are either stagnant or
reducing. So many factories are shutting down, but, the Bengal
Government is not taking any initiative to re-open those factories.
Farmers were not allowed to export potatoes, hence some agitations
took place. So many potatoes got wasted and as a result, the price of
potatoes started rising.' Mr.Y:'Inflation is becoming an issue in
Bengal and to add fuel to the fire, there is a bus fare
