BENGAL:'Passengers of Kolkata have become too rough nowadays. We are
scared, maybe, some day, some Bus Conductors and Bus Drivers may get
severely injured or killed by the daily passengers of Kolkata.'
TRANSPORT MINISTRY OF BENGAL:'We are getting lots of grievances that
the Bus Conductors and Bus Drivers are not giving proper customer
services during peak hours too. We gave approval for
the fare hike only after getting assurances from your side that the
Bus Services will get improved. Fuel prices have been reduced now. In
this scenario, if you still not give proper customer services, then
the daily passengers can do anything to your Bus Conductors and Bus
Drivers. We will not interfere in it.'"-Arindam Sain
