"A POOR FARMER OF INDIA:'The
agricultural productions have improved a lot in India due to good
financial model or lending policies towards Agricultural Loans and
due to modernization of technologies used in agriculture. But, still,
the real problem exists. There is no proper infrastructure for cold
storage rooms or granaries for the farmers to store the crops.' ROYAL
AGRICULTURE MINISTER:'Yes, you are right. Around 40% of
excess crops get wasted or rotten due to lack of its proper storage
system. We are planning to build Granary Houses in every Village
Panchayat where all the farmers under that Panchayat area will be
able to store their excess crops. Passing of GRANARY Bill is a
necessity in India.'"-Arindam Sain
