"RBI:'We want to ensure that all the CASA accounts of any Bank in India are fully abiding by the norms of Know Your Customer (KYC) rules.' PSU BANKS OF INDIA:'We have told several customers to submit their Identity Proof and Address Proof documents with passport size photos, but, many of those customers are just ignoring our repeated requests all the time.' RBI:'Give those type of customers a last warning and still if they don't care about your requests,then just make their CASA accounts inoperative. Those accounts will only become operative if they submit those required documents for fulfilling the KYC guidelines.'"-Arindam Sain
