"RSS:'In all the BJP administered
states of India, start the UNIFORM PERFORMANCE RATING SYSTEM (UPRS)
for all the Government Officials. The Government Officials, whose
UPRS Score will be below 60%, should be transferred to an office of
low quality job and not be allowed to sit for any promotion exam till
his/her UPRS Score becomes more than 60%. If UPRS Score goes below
40%, then he/she will not be provided any extra allowances or perks.'
BJP:'Fantastic Idea! We also wanted to implement the Corporate Norms
in Government Offices. We got the green signal now. We will surely
