"JOURNALIST:'Very often, we are seeing that the Trade Unions of Private Bus Syndicate are demanding for Bus Fare Hike. Do you support their demand?' BENGAL_COMMON MAN_01:'A decent percentage of the profitable money of the Bus Owners goes directly to the Bank Accounts of Trade Union Leaders. Left Front is not in power. So, automatically, the Union Leaders have become poor nowadays and are demanding more money from the Bus Owners. That's the hidden reason, why, the Bus Owners also want to increase their profitability by demanding Bus Fare Hike.' BENGAL_COMMON MAN_02:'Earlier also, Bus fares were hiked, but, there is no improvement in the Bus Services. Even during office time, there are poor services from these Buses. Bus Fare hike is not the solution. The only solution is to increase the number of Government Buses. We still have confidence and respect on the State Government Buses of Bengal.'"-Arindam Sain
