BANK:'Banking Industry has become a very competitive industry
nowadays. Also, the working hours have increased due to addition of
so many other non-banking tasks with the banking industry. We, the
entry level officers of private banks work from 9 AM to 6 PM to earn
at least Rs. 45000 per month along with perks and incentives. But,
the entry level officers of PSU banks earn only Rs.
30000 at max without getting any incentives or perks even after
working from 10 AM to 7 PM.' AN OFFICER OF A PSU BANK:'Revision of
Pay Scale of PSU Bank employees is the need of the hour. Arun Jaitley
must deliver what P. Chidambaram failed to deliver. Finance Ministry
of Modi Government should give a green signal to the Bipartite
Settlement of 2014 with IBA to boost the business performances and
profitability of the PSU Banking Sector and its employees.'"-Arindam
